GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
INFINITI24 MARKETPLACE
For Buyers, Vendors, and Riders
 

  1. Introduction

1.1 Legal entity and brands
Infinity Online Stores Limited operates an electronic marketplace platform under the brand INFINITI24.

The Platform is made available through:
• Website. daily.infiniti24.com
• Mobile applications listed as:
– iDaily. Buyer application
– iDaily Vendor. Vendor application
– iDaily Rider. Rider application

All applications are powered by INFINITI24.
Within the apps and website, the service may be referred to as INFINITI24.

1.2 Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of the Platform, including browsing, account creation, buying, selling, deliveries, payments, wallets, promotions, customer support, and dispute handling.

1.3 Acceptance
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1.4 Business use
If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
References to “you” include the business where applicable.

  1. Definitions

Buyer means a user who purchases products or services.
Vendor means a merchant or service provider listing products or services.
Rider means a delivery partner using iDaily Rider.
Platform means the website, apps, and related systems.
Product includes physical goods, digital goods, and services.
Order means a purchase request placed on the Platform.
Wallet means stored value linked to a user account where enabled.
Fulfillment by INFINITI24 means delivery and logistics handled or coordinated by INFINITI24.

  1. Eligibility and accounts

3.1 Age
You must be at least 18 years old.

3.2 Account information
You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

3.3 Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities on your account.

3.4 Verification
We may require identity, business, or payment verification.
Failure to comply may result in restrictions, delayed settlements, or suspension.

3.5 Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, policy breaches, prohibited items, security risks, or legal compliance.

3.6 Account closure
You may request account closure through support.
We may retain records to meet legal, regulatory, and fraud prevention requirements.

  1. Marketplace model and contracts of sale

4.1 Marketplace role
The Platform connects Buyers and Vendors.

4.2 Seller identity
Unless INFINITI24 is clearly identified as the seller, the Vendor is the seller.
The contract of sale is between the Buyer and the Vendor.

4.3 Platform facilitation
INFINITI24 may facilitate listings, payments, delivery coordination, customer service, and dispute handling.
This does not make INFINITI24 the seller unless stated.

4.4 Buyer commitment
Placing an Order constitutes a commitment to purchase, subject to cancellation and refund rules.

  1. Product listings, pricing, and taxes

5.1 Accuracy
Vendors must ensure listings are accurate, complete, and lawful.

5.2 Pricing
Prices shown at checkout apply, except in cases of obvious error.

5.3 Taxes
Vendors are responsible for complying with Nigerian tax laws.

5.4 Additional charges
Delivery and other charges must be disclosed before checkout confirmation.

5.5 Errors
We may correct errors, cancel affected Orders, and issue refunds where required.

  1. Payments, cash on delivery, wallet, and settlements

6.1 Payment methods
Available methods include card, bank transfer, wallet, and Cash on Delivery where enabled.

6.2 Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery availability depends on customer location and operational capacity.
The Platform will indicate availability at checkout.

6.3 Authorization
By making payment, you authorize processing by INFINITI24 and its payment partners.

6.4 Wallet rules
Wallets are not bank accounts.
Wallet balances do not earn interest.
We may place holds, reverse credits, or restrict wallets for fraud, reversals, or policy breaches.

6.5 Chargebacks and reversals
We may recover funds, reverse credits, cancel Orders, or suspend accounts in chargeback cases.

6.6 Vendor settlements
Vendor settlements follow the Vendor agreement and information displayed in iDaily Vendor.
Deductions may include service fees, delivery fees, penalties, and reversals.

  1. Delivery, fulfillment, and proof of delivery

7.1 Delivery models
Delivery may be handled by:
• INFINITI24 delivery partners
• Freelance Riders on the Platform
• Vendors using self delivery, where allowed under their business plan

7.2 Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on location and capacity.

7.3 Proof of delivery
Proof may include delivery codes, photos, signatures, GPS logs, or call records.

7.4 Delivery completion
An Order is considered delivered once proof confirms handover to the Buyer or an authorized recipient.

7.5 Failed delivery due to Buyer
Buyers may bear re delivery costs if delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachability, or refusal.

7.6 Inspection
Buyers must inspect items on delivery and report issues immediately through the Platform.

  1. Cancellations

8.1 Status based cancellation
Cancellation depends on Order status shown in the Platform.

8.2 Platform cancellation
We may cancel Orders due to stock issues, errors, fraud suspicion, prohibited items, or delivery infeasibility.

8.3 Vendor cancellation
Vendors may cancel for valid reasons.
Repeated cancellations may lead to penalties or suspension.

8.4 Buyer change of mind
Change of mind cancellations may not be refundable once dispatch begins, except where required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.

  1. Returns, refunds, and replacements

9.1 Policy control
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy displayed on the Platform.

9.2 Refund window
The standard refund request window is 24 hours from delivery.
Certain categories have specific windows shown in the app.
The displayed window applies.

9.3 Eligible reasons
Refunds may be approved for wrong items, damage, defects, or missing essential parts.

9.4 Non eligible reasons
Refunds may be refused for misuse, late claims, opened hygiene items, accessed digital goods, or unsupported claims.

9.5 Evidence
We may require photos, videos, and verification checks.

9.6 Refund method
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or to the Wallet.

9.7 Replacements
Replacements may be offered where appropriate and available.

  1. Vendor obligations

10.1 Legal compliance
Vendors must operate lawfully and hold required permits.

10.2 Product safety
Vendors must not sell counterfeit, unsafe, expired, or illegal products.

10.3 Stock and fulfillment
Vendors must maintain accurate stock and meet preparation timelines.

10.4 Customer support
Vendors must cooperate in disputes and provide evidence when requested.

10.5 Penalties
We may apply penalties, deductions, or restrictions for breaches or poor performance.

10.6 Vendor indemnity
Vendors indemnify INFINITI24 against claims arising from their products, listings, or legal violations.

  1. Rider obligations

11.1 Conduct and safety
Riders must obey laws and act professionally.

11.2 Delivery handling
Riders must protect items and provide accurate delivery proof.

11.3 Cash handling
Cash misuse results in immediate termination and possible legal action.

11.4 Rider indemnity
Riders are responsible for losses caused by theft, tampering, or misconduct.

  1. Prohibited items and activities

12.1 Prohibited items
Illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, hazardous substances, expired consumables, and items prohibited by Nigerian law are forbidden.

12.2 Prohibited activities
Off platform payments, fake reviews, harassment, fraud, hacking, scraping, and promotion abuse are prohibited.

12.3 Enforcement
We may remove listings, freeze funds, suspend accounts, and report to authorities.

  1. User content and reviews

13.1 Standards
Content must be truthful, lawful, and respectful.

13.2 Moderation
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

13.3 License
You grant INFINITI24 a non exclusive, royalty free license to use your content for Platform operations and marketing.

  1. Platform use and technical restrictions

You must not damage the Platform, bypass security, reverse engineer systems, or introduce malware.

  1. Intellectual property

All Platform software, branding, and content belong to INFINITI24 or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  1. Privacy and data protection

Use of the Platform is subject to the Privacy Policy displayed on the Platform.
Vendors may use Buyer data only to fulfill Orders and provide support.

  1. Due diligence and audit rights

We may conduct checks and request information for fraud prevention, compliance, and legal obligations.

  1. Service availability and force majeure

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability for a claim related to an Order is limited to the Platform fees paid for that Order or NGN 50,000, whichever is lower.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify INFINITI24 for losses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of law.

  1. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend, terminate accounts, cancel Orders, freeze funds, or take legal action for breaches.

  1. Entire agreement

These Terms and referenced policies form the entire agreement between you and INFINITI24.

  1. Hierarchy

If there is conflict, the order applies:
These Terms, Vendor Terms, Rider Terms, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Prohibited Items Policy.

  1. Variation

We may update these Terms.
Continued use means acceptance.

  1. Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.

  1. Assignment

We may assign our rights.
You may not assign without consent.

  1. Third party rights

These Terms benefit only you and INFINITI24.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Disputes must first go through Customer Service.
Unresolved disputes shall be handled by Nigerian courts.
